Our Warranty Terms and Conditions

Auxbeam products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the original date of receipt. Our sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at Auxbeam’s sole discretion.

If the item stopped production or out of stock, we will offer a refund or customer can pay balance to get another one. Refund for any overpayment or a supplemental payment for any deficiency. (Clearance items don't enjoy warranty service).

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

*Please note that we do not provide free return for the product that does not have a manufacturing defect in material, electronic and workmanship.
