I was having issues with the LEDs not working and thought I needed the resister conversion kit. I figured out the lights worked after starting the engine and then turning the lights on. After that they worked with the engine on or off.
You guys know your stuff. I have spent thousands on replacement lights. Stock GMC lights are horrible. My vehicle has almost 600,000 miles on it and over that time I have tried several LEDs and HIDs on the market. While the HIDs did well, they were a pain to keep going with all there parts and connections. Then the bulbs them self would last long at all or the tallest would quit. Then, not to mention that getting replacements from company was painful and slow. I had given up on better lights until I came across an advertisement posted with a video explaining why those other lights don’t work. I thought about all the information in your video and thought I would give it one more try. WOW! Glad I gave you a shot. I was amazed the first night I drove. Finally a light that even works with my high beam function. THANK YOU!
The light was better than i expected and excellent for those long highway drives i have to do . I would recommend the light and but again . i paid extra for shipping but was not please with it as i was over two weeks longer from what i was told in trying to get it .
I absolutely love the brightness of these lights, the beam pattern makes it nice to not blind other people, but light up the ditches and roadway on high beams. I had an issue with fitment with other brand LED’s but these fit amazing, would definitely recommend.
