AUXBEAM ROCKS !!! December 2025 I purchased an AS800 Switch Panel with App and Remote Control. Everything worked great as usual from AUXBEAM. August of this year,2026 the remote quit working and would not pair with the switch. I reached out to AUXBEAM customer service. They asked for a video of the problem. I sent video of me trying to pair the remote with no success. They sent me a new remote at no cost but,it also would not pair with the switch. I sent another video of me trying to pair the new remote. Again with no success. Then they sent me an entire AS800 kit again,at NO COST. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!! I am now a AUXBEAM customer forever ! I had already recommended AUXBEAM to everyone I know that needs these kind of products. I cannot thank them enough so,I decided to post about my experience. TEAM AUXBEAM!!!
