Return & Exchange
Returns must be received in its original condition and packaging: unused, unworn, unwashed. Items returned with obvious use or product stains will be subject to refusal.
Please note that we do not provide free return for the product that does not have a manufacturing defect in material, electronics and workmanship.
How do I return?
- Click here to submit a return or refund request
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email once the return request is approved
- If your request is approved, our customer service will reply to you with the RMA number of your purchase and the return address via email.
- After you return the item, please send us the tracking number.
- Once we have received the returned item(s), our customer service will apply the refund in 7-10 working days.
Our Warranty Terms and Conditions
Auxbeam products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the original date of receipt. Our sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at Auxbeam’s sole discretion. Upon expiration of their respective warranty periods, all Auxbeam products will receive continuing support through our limited lifetime warranty. The limited lifetime warranty covers labor costs and maintenance with the exclusion of accessories or replacement parts.
If the item stopped production or out of stock, we will offer refund or customer can pay balance to get another one. Refund for any overpayment or a supplemental payment for any deficiency. (Clearance items not enjoy warranty service).
