HEADLIGHT HARDWARE INSTALLATION-RELATED ISSUES

H7 socket

1) Common problem:

  • If you encounter problems with loose installation, you need to install an adapter chuck.

2) Solution:

  • Please take some photos of the original car light H7 halogen light adapter chuckand send them to me. We help you check and provide a suitable adapter chuck.

  • If you don't have a picture of the original car, we can provide the model information and we will help you find the right adapter chuck.

  • It is recommended to buy in-line products, eg: Q20SE Q20 Q25 Q30 Q40 series

H13 socket（After installation, it cannot turn to the 3 o'clock-9 o'clock direction.）

  • AUXBEAM H13 socket has wired control and direct plug

Line control series include: F2 F15 F16P F22 GX series

Direct plug series include: Q20SE Q20 Q25 Q30 Q40 series

  • Things to note when installing:

Wire control H13：

1)  Buckle design: plastic buckle, no screws, can be removed by rotating.

2)  How do we distinguish the direction of high and low beams with dual headlight H13?

  • Lamp bead position: low beam at high place, high beam at ground level.

  • Orientation after installation: low beam lamp bead is on top, high beam lamp bead is on bottom.

  • The "locking point" on the buckle: with a long tail, on the side of the low beam lamp bead.
  • Outgoing line direction:

High beam outgoing: F2 F16P F22 GX

Low beam outgoing: F15

Direct plug H13:

  • Buckle design: Integrated with the lamp body fixed, 1:1 mold of the original halogen lamp.

  • Installation is consistent with the original car lights, insert, rotate, and lock, finish.

H4 socket （After installation, it cannot turn to the 3 o'clock-9 o'clock direction.）

  • AUXBEAM H4 socket has wired control and direct plug

Line control series include: F2 F15 F16P F22 GX Series

Direct plug series include: Q20SE Q20 Q25 Q30 Q40 Series

  • Things to note when installing:

Wire control H4：

1) Buckle design: The buckle on the light pole has no screws and can be removed by rotating it.

2) Installation method: fixed hole position.

3) The high and low beams are reversed, check the installation orientation after assembly, The light shielding plate should be facing downwards.

Direct plug H4：

  • Buckle design: Integrated with the lamp body fixed, 1:1 mold of the original halogen lamp.

  • Installation Method: Fixed hole position, can only be inserted in one direction.

Some common problems when changing LED lights:

  • If the original car dust cover cannot be replaced, it is recommended to replace the silicone dust cover.

  • Some special models do not have dust covers originally and need to be installed by yourself. eg: motorcycle, 4x4, etc.
  • If you don't want to replace the dust cover, you can choose the Auxbeam wire-controlled F15, F2, or in-line Q25, Q20 Q20-SE Q15 series.
