They tested fine out of the box with the truck off. After full installation, with the truck running, the low beams wouldn't come on. The high beams worked just fine. I shut the truck off and the low beams worked again. My truck is a 2019 Ford F-250.
I am writing from a Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealer, my guest had the OEM lights get condensation in them so we decided to replace, we ordered these and I wanted to make sure they were perfect for the guest, we did have to take the bumper off but my shop guys got everything installed and completed within a 3 or 4 hour timeframe I was not around when they finished, when we finished adjusting and making sure they were perfect for him he absolutely loves them, they are nice and bright in his words, the customer service was awesome ive never personally get a message making sure they would fit but they reached out and made it happen, my guest is happy and I am relieved, thank you all team!
I've been going to Kensun for my headlights, but the lights keep going out. I recently bought a new part from them, and they worked for a week. Then I found you guys, and all I can say is WOW! They're way better and way brighter. Worth the money.
