Does not seat in the reverse / back up light slot because the slot for that light is too big for this one, does work in the space next to it in a "Press fit" kind of way because of the rubber boot on it but it does feel sketchy. The original bulb seats into a connector and twists in until it seats nice and snug, and the license plate bulb works there.
Not sure if that is proper, I am not a car guy, I just do basic stuff like brakes, rotors and lights after looking up a how to video on Youtube.
I also got the high + low + Fog 6500, front and rear turn signals, license plate and cargo light and they all went in perfectly fine.
Excellent products I have them for 2 of my cars and they are the best
