2) Please contact us at customer@auxbeam.com, and tell us about the Year Make, and Model of your vehicle. Let us know which LED bulb you're interested in, so we can check the fitment and get back to you as soon as possible.

ATTENTION

  • Please allow a 1-3cm (0.4-1.18") difference due to manual measurement and slight color variation for different display settings.
  • Due to the difference between different monitors, the picture may not reflect the actual color of the item.

Horrible experience!

⭐ 1/5 — Very Disappointing Customer Service

I entered my vehicle information on Auxbeam’s website specifically so I would receive the correct product, but they sent me a product that was not compatible with my vehicle.

I tried to cancel the order before it had even shipped. Auxbeam did not respond until four days later, and by then they told me they could not cancel it because it had already shipped.

After receiving the incorrect product, I asked to return it for a refund. Instead of simply accepting the return, they offered me a $39 partial refund and told me I could keep the product and give it to a friend as a gift. I declined because I did not want a partial refund — I wanted the issue corrected.

I was then told the product I needed was discontinued. It has now been approximately two months, and this matter still has not been properly resolved.

The most frustrating part is that I relied on Auxbeam’s vehicle-fitment information when placing the order and attempted to cancel before shipment. A customer should not have to spend two months trying to resolve a problem that started with being sent the wrong product.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Auxbeam. The return and customer-service process has been unnecessarily difficult and frustrating.

Disappointed

This company was highly recommended to me by a mechanic at a local tire shop. The product was as described but did not fit. I contacted Customer Service for a return request. I got a response to the request and shipped the item back and provided the tracking number as requested. That was on 2/26, it is now 3/17 and I’ve sent multiple emails checking the status of the return with no reply. I have received several review request emails 🤨
