Outstanding Customer Service

Was excited to install my Auxbeam panel and followed all the directions and watched some youtube videos as well only to be disappointed I could not get it to work. After trouble shooting the wiring with no results, I contacted customer service and was assisted by "Dorothy" who helped me in my trouble shooting and installation. After several days of back and forth emails, Dorothy sent out an entire new package which I reinstalled and it worked flawlessly. I am very happy with my product but am extremely happy with how "Dorothy" continued to assist me and never gave up on making me a satisfied customer. That says a lot about a company and its employees and I am now a lifelong customer. Thank you Auxbeam and "Dorothy" for a great product.

It’s a light bar

It does exactly what it’s supposed to. It lights up. Easy install, not complex at all. The RGB lights are super fun. I’m a college kid and all my peers love the different colors. My only complaint is that three of the RGB lights are out of sync or just not turning on. Other than that the white is fantastic. My buddy said it looks like the sun rising when I pull up with it all lit.

Adventure biker

These lights are awesome I use the flash mode during the day. Seems like more people are seeing me now not pulling out in front of me and holding a little more distance from me. A definite plus for safety. I would definitely recommend these lights just to be seen.
